So my sister has been bugging me for a while to do a blog post on colour correcting concealers on the best way to conceal your under eye as well as other parts of your face area so here it is!

Something Ive definitely learn through my years of being a make up artist is that no one has heard about colour correcting concealers?! The face they give when I'm applying bright orange underneath their eyes and chin area- priceless!

After reading this post, you'll finally understand what colour correcting concealers are and their benefits, why it is a 'must do' for every MUA, as well as finding out how you can achieve that flawless, bag-less and bright concealed look underneath those eyes.

Just a bit of science for you.. in order to make those dark circles disappear without the constant layering of concealer throughout the day (even then you won't be able to get rid of it completely!) theres a step that most women miss out before applying your concealer. This step will help NEUTRALISE the dark area first.

FAIR SKIN-  Use PINK/SALMON PEACH coloured concealer before your normal concealer
OLIVE SKIN - Use YELLOW/DARK PEACH coloured concealer (also perfect for hiding purple or blue bruises as well as veins)
DARK - Use ORANGE coloured concealer (also apply on darker spots around the face/deep discolouration)
There is also green (for redness), purple (for pasty, dull, sallowness complexion) and white (to highlights areas of your face) coloured concealers which you can read up on if you want to know more about them!

Products I have used:
- Creme De La Mer Eye Concentrate (Best.EyeCream.Ever)
- M.A.C. Cosmetics Prep and Prime Highlighter Pen 'Peach Lustre' (orange colour corrector)
- Kryolan Dermacolor Camouflage Creme Concealer (the normal concealer)
- Ben Nye Banana Powder and Nars Translucent Loose Powder  (to fix and highlight my under eye area)

1. Before: Only eye cream applied.

2, LEFT SIDE (no corrector applied, just concealer) RIGHT SIDE (corrector applied)

3. AFTER - concealer and highlighting powders applied on both of eyes
